Booking & Estimates
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary depending on actual home conditions found upon arrival.

- A booking is confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. Here's how we handle schedule changes:
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule at no charge.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or lockouts on the day of service will incur the full service charge.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you promptly.
Service Access
To complete your cleaning on time and to the highest standard, please ensure our team can access your home at the scheduled time.
- You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.
- If a key, code, or lockbox is provided, keep that information confidential and secure.
- Please secure or relocate pets prior to service for safety.
- Fragile or high-value items should be stored away before cleaning begins.
Pricing & Payment
We keep our pricing transparent and our payment process simple.
- Payment is due on or before the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other options noted at booking.
- Recurring clients may be set up on automated billing cycles.
- Returned payments or chargebacks will incur an administrative fee.
Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn't meet your expectations, let us know right away.
- Please report any concerns within 24 hours of your service date.
- We will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- Concerns raised after 24 hours or after the space has been disturbed may not qualify for a re-clean.
Damage & Liability
We treat your home with care and respect. In the unlikely event of damage, here's how we handle it:
- Report any suspected damage within 24 hours of your service.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or fragile items not secured.
- Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, up to the value of the service rendered.
- We are fully insured — documentation available upon request.
Photos & Marketing
We love showcasing our work. Here's our policy on photos taken during service:
- Our team may photograph before-and-after results for quality control and marketing purposes.
- Photos shared publicly will not include identifying personal information or private items.
- If you prefer no photos be taken in your home, simply let us know at booking.
